Per Rebecca Brown, FTM website: "Will was dated Oct 20, 1791, leaving only five pounds to his eldest son Thomas. Thomas and Archibald Rowley allegedly destroyed the will before it could be probated. A suit was filed in 1820 and not settled until 1824. (Research by James Melton and Barbara Denahey)"
