Hubbard Dies at Home Life Long Resident Ill Several Months Francis Marion Hubbard, native and life-long resident of the Hindustan neighborhood, died in his home at 4 p.m. Wednesday, following an illness of several months. Complications of diseases was given as the cause of death. The lineage of his family was ended with Mr. Hubbard's death as he was the only child of David and Betty Branam Hubbard. (Sic-he was not an only child). He and his wife, Mrs. Louisa Ann Hubbard have no children and Mrs. Hubbard is the only survivor. Mr. Hubbard was a farmer and was well known in the community where he had lived all his life. For a number of years, he had operated a general store in Hindustan, but had retired from that business several years ago and had again taken up farming. The body has been taken to the Allen Funeral Home, where it will remain until time for the services. Funeral rites will be held at the Hindustan Christian Church at 2 p.m. Friday. Rev. W. C. Chafin will be in charge of the service. Burial will be in the Hindustan Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Claude Robinson, Floyd Robinson, Darrell Robinson, Eugene Robinson, Clyde Robinson and Emery Branam.
