Francis, Sr was buried in the Snodgrass Family Cemetery which was located in Monongalia County but now is in Marion County. It was located on Pharaohs (Farrows) Run, Rivesville, Marion County, West Virginia. The Cemetery was read by Charles Musgrave in 1942 but when the attempt was made in 1970 to go back and record it, the cemetery was not as easily found. What was thought to have been the location had tombstones broken, unreadable and most were gone by 1970 of any early pioneers buried there. This cemetery is the OLD Pioneer Snodgrass Cemetery which would have had no burials in the 1900's.

This information (concerning the cemetery) was given to me by a genealogist and researcher who was very knowledgeable of the area and knew who had located this cemetery and where it was. Unfortunately they passed away in 2012 prior to me getting documentation of this cemetery.
