And my body to the earth to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner and as to such worldly estate or property wherewith it hath pleased God to entrust me with in this life, I give and bequeath the same in the following manner and order.

First, it is my will and I order that all my just debts and expenses be duly paid as soon as possible after my decease, by my heirs and after named executors.

Second, it is my will and I order that after my death my heirs and after named executors shall sell all my property personal and real at a public Vendue, and I order my executor herewith that to sell my land after my death to give a good title, as good as I myself have it, or could give it myself, if I were

myself, they shall sell the land and house and all the buildings were I live with then, or fifteen or twenty acres of the mountain land, as follows, namely, beginning at the black oak tree at Thomas Wenrich's line, a corner of George Lentz's, along George Lentz's line to [Casper Heckard's line], and thence shall
the fields and woodlands to John Barnett's line to Thomas Wenrich's line, thence along Thomas Wenrich's line to the place of the beginning. And the remainder of the mountain land shall be sold by itself. And after all my debts and expenses are paid, the remainder shall be equally divided among my children, as follows, namely the children of my son George Peter shall have an equal share, like one of my daughters without what he himself has received in his lifetime, he has received eighty pounds, in two bonds, cash forty pounds, and he has also received two

My daughter Margaret Elizabeth has received fifty pounds, my daughter Eve Elizabeth has received fifty pounds, my daughter Maria Catherine has received twenty-eight dollars and my daughter Susanna has received seventy-seven dollars and forty and a half cents. And I will have them all alike.

Thirdly, it is my will and I order and appoint my good friends Thomas Wenrich and Christian Noecker, to be my own and lawful Executors of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and annulling all former wills made by me heretofore made and declared. And make and establish this and not other to be my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above mentioned.
