There is a "Frank Richard" recorded as buried with Joseph and Margaret at Plumstead Cemetery - 4 Jan 1921... Concluded that there was a mistake made on the record, as there's no other mention of Frank Robert.
Note added by Gary Hart 7 June 2016: It is Frank Robert Hart who died in 1921 aged 21 years according the Headstone at Plumstead Cemetery. Gladys Isobelle Hart my great Aunt used to refer to the Frank who died from an injury sustained from a horse that had kicked him, as the memory is distant I assume this happened on or near Oak Cottage in Mount Road Rondebosch, possibly also on the neighbouring plots owned by Thomas Hart (1848-1930) who had the Dairy and also a Currier/Brewer and Dairyman by trade. Gladys said there was a horse stable on the far South East corner of the Oak Cottage property, likely where the buildings of the Westerford High swimming pool are today.
