Frederick Heins was born December 31, 1788 in North Carolina, and died in Wythe County, Virginia after June 13, 1852 when he signed his will by mark, and before August 9, 1852 when it was probated. [1] He is buried in Saint Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Cripple Creek, Wythe, Virginia, United States. [2]
Will
Frederick named only his son Absalom and his grandson David Hines in his will. He left everything to Absalom and made him executor, requiring him to allow his mother to live with him and be "well attended to" during her life. He was also required, after his mother's death, to pay each of Frederick's daughters and his grandson, David Hines, $20. [1]
