1862 MARRIED at Hornell- Mary C. Stephens b. 1842
3 Jly 1862 m. Mary Stephens Steuben C. N.Y. They had one child F. M. Olin
Jr. who worked with his father on the farm. (Fredrick Jr. had a son- F.M.
who d. age 10 mo. 29 Mar 1871 buried Genigantslet Park Cem. Chenengo.)

Always followed farming, succeeding his father on the old homestead. He
has been trustee of schools, and a member of Hornellsville Lodge #331,
F. & A.M.

7 April 1869 Heir and executor in father's will, living in Hornellsville,
age 29 (have)

1869 took over his father's farm on Crosby Creek Road when Marcello
died (1894). The farm covered 100 acres of hemlock forest., which were
cut for logs and bark, and sold to a tannery in Canisteo. They also
planted, harvested, preserved and sold rasberries, strawberries,
blueberries to suppliment their income.

1878 Named as Executor of Shepherd Webb's WILL along with Shepherd's

Permelia with wife, Mary age 41 and son Fredrick M. age 7 (have)

1891 Directory-Steuben Co. NY age 46, farmer. Land leased from

1892 enumeration census-Hornellsville, Yates, NY age 52, wife,
Mary-age 50, son Fredrick-age 18 mother Permelia-age 82

DIED 17 May 1919 Frederick M. Olin 79 yrs of age, died this morning at
his hme on Crosby creek. he is survived by one son, F.M. Olin, Jr of this
city. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 oclock. BURIAL will
