Gruffuth Hinton of Hinton co Salop was the son of Thomas Hinton, juxta Whitchurch in co Salop, and Elizabeth the daughter of Robert Tatton of Withenshaw co Cheshire.[1]
Gruffith married Margaret the daughter of John Dodd de Clorley [Cloverley].[1]
Gruffyth and Margaret had children:

Thomas Hulse married Alice the daughter and coheir of Gefferie/Gruffith/Gryffith Hinton of Hinton co Salop,[3] [4] and his wife, Margaret, the daughter of John Dodd de Clorley (Cloverley)[5] and his first wife Elizabeth Egerton.[6] There was an an indenture agreed to by the parties involved in October 1537.
