George Crichton, 1st Earl of Caithness

George Crichton, 1st and last Earl of Caithness held the office of Captain of Stirling Castle. He held the office of High Admiral [Scotland] in 1448. He was created 1st Earl of Caithness [Scotland] on 8 July 1452. He resigned as Earl of Caithness after July 1454.

Died  1455  Dspl - Died Without Legitimate Children.   [2]
