George married (MRIN:2) Lillie Estella Hall-7, daughter of Lorenzo Hall-611 and Mary Bricker-612 (MRIN:8), on 8 Oct 1908 in , Jay, Indiana [Bk. –K pg.30 License Bk. MA-6 pg. 36]. Lillie was born 11 Feb 1890 in Antioch, Jay, Indiana. She died 16 Aug 1973 in Portland, Jay, Indiana {Social Security #03-12-3158 and was buried 18 Aug 1973 in Salamonia Cemetery, Salamonia, Jay, Indiana. She married 2nd 11 Oc 1947 Stephen L. Starr b. 9 Jun 1895 died 5 Feb. 1972 near Dunkirk, In.
His obituary was recorded in thew Prtland Cemmercial New dated Wednesday 19 Nov. 191 as Follows:
Geo D. Reichard Dies Suddenly Heart Attacke Proves Fatal to Greenehouse Employee
George D. Reichard, aged 55, died Monday night at 11 o’clock at the home on South Western Avenue, near the Frank Greenhouses.
Death was due to a heart attack, suffered 30 minutes earlier. He had apparently been in his usual health and was seriously ill only one-half hour.
Mr. Reichard had been employed for a number of years at the Frank Greenhouses.
He was a so of Henry and Elizabeth (Theurer) Reichard and was born in Madison township, January 25, 1886, being aged at the time of his death, 55 years, 9 months and 22days.
On October 8, 1908, he was married to Lillie E. Hall, who survived with the following children: Chella wife of Leonard Drill, of two and one-half miles southwest Portland; Henry Reichard of West Arch Street; Elgie wife of Francis Brubaker of West Arch Street; Hazel wife of Harry Hutton of West High Street; Vivian wife of Carl Barger of South Shank Street; and Virginia and George David both at home.
He is also survived y seven grandchildren; two brothers and one sister, J. J. Reichard, East of Salamonia, Noah of Tippecanoe,Ind.; Emma Caroline wife of Fred Cull of t. Recovery. One brother preceded him in death.
Mr Reichard was active in Grange work in Jay county through which he gain a wide acquaintance.
The body was removed to the Williamson Funreal Hmoe for preparation and was returned to the late residence Tuesday evening.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Williamson chapel. Rev. H. G. Perry, pastor of the Boundary Reform Church of which h as a member, will officiate. Internment will be made in the Salamonia cemetery.

Even though an Indiana resident his address in 1922 was Rt. 3 Ft. Recovery, Mercer, Oh.
