I think this is our George just because of the presence of George Snyder, who is likely related to George's sister Sophia Snyder, and Henrietta Tool, who may be George's sister Henrietta Rose mentioned in George's father's will.

George W. Rose died 20 Jan 1882 in PA of "Carcinoma of Stomach" and was buried 24 Jan 1882 at Market Square, Germantown. Age 73, widower, butcher, born in Germantown. Resided in Philadelphia's 22nd Ward (Germantown) at "Cor of Morris and Beysley(?) St."
