George was born about 1700 to parents as yet unidentified. He married at age 28 and lived in Massachusetts, then later Connecticut, where he passed away in 1788 at 88 years old.

He married Sarah, who was born in 1701 to John Bumpas and Hannah Morey. She married at age 27 in Massachusetts. Sarah passed away before her husband made his will in June 1787 and died either in Massachusetts or Connecticut where her husband moved to in 1747.

George and Sarah (Bumpas) White had the following (5) children:[3]

1. John, born 17 June 1729
2. Mary, born 4 April 1731; married _____ Goodrich
3. Archulius, born 17 March 1732
4. George, baptized 9 October 1737
5. Eleanor, married Josiah Strong
