I know very little about Gerasimos. I know more about his wife! Even met her! But Gerasimos is a puzzle because I only know him through documents. Like the Immigration and Passenger list for the US, Line 10, microfilm serial T715, Microfilm roll T715_866. Here is what it says: Gerasimos Paxinos was 43 when he came to the USA on April 13, 1907. He was listed as a male, married and a laborer. He departed from Patras, Greece. The ship name was the Sicialian and the port of destination was New York, New York. He paid his own passage, had $15.00 dollars on him and has never been to the US before. He is staying with Agamenmon Panayakis, a friend, at 3 Morris Street, New York. He is not an anarchist, a polygimist, his physical health is good, his height is 5"4', his hair is chesnut, brown and grey, he has no distinguishing marks and was born in Ithica. His companions from Ithica are: Porcelis Vasilopulos, Andreas Vasilopulos, Nicholas Pefmaticalos, Christos Calimicos and Demetric Alinicos. All from Ithica. Maybe they knew each other.
