Wikipedia, following an old legend, says that Gruffudd ap Ifor married the illegitimate daughter of Robert de Caen, but there is no evidence for this, and she does not appear in the Welsh Genealogies.

Gruffudd ap Ifor married Mabel FitzRobert, a natural daughter of Robert, Earl of Gloucester, and half sister of the kidnapped earl. Ifor's descendants included his grandson Morgan Gam and his great-grandson Llywelyn Bren and, through Gruffudd and Mabel.[1]

The Manor of Radyr The mill was originally leased to Griffith, son of Ifor Bach - famed for his raid on Cardiff Castle - from whom the mill took its name.[2]
