About Hannah Browne
Hannah King married Richard Brown about 1650, of Southold, in probably Salem, Essex Co, Mass. She was the daughter of William and Dorothy (Hayne) King, immigrants to Salem > Southold. She was born about 1629 and survived her husband. Seven children that I know of from abt 1651-1667. (See NYGBR, 1900, Akerly).

"Peter Brown, d. 1747, p. 32. He was b. Sept. 11, 1719, brother of the last [Christopher, above], and grandson of Ensign Richard(3) and Dorothy (King) Brown, and great-grandson of Lieut. Richard(2) and Hannah (King) Brown. Apparently Richard(2) was a son of Richard(1) who d. Oct. 16, 1655, according to Moore's Indexes."
