Per De Forest's "Babcock and Allied Families," her third husband, Joseph Clarke (brother of her second husband, William Clarke), helped her bring suit against Philip, her son by her first husband, Thomas Peckham, for her share of the inheritance from Thomas.

Descendents of John Weeden has William Weeden and Philippi Cocke had the following children:

NINTH GENERATION
31. William Weeden (1) was born on 30 May 1619 in Chesham, Buckingham, Eng.. He died on 29 Nov 1676 in Newport, Rhode Island. Immigrated from England to Newport, RI in 1638 with his parents. Was a commissioner in Newport (1659-62), Deputy (1665-74), church deacon (1676). Recorded ownership of 60 acres (1674). Some listings alternately list "Philippi Cocke" as the mother of some of the children.

He was married to Abigail Bailey in 1643 in Newport, Rhode Island. Abigail Bailey (1) was born in 1623 in Chesham, Buckingham, Eng.. She died in Newport, Rhode Island. William Weeden and Abigail Bailey had the following children:
