This is odd because William is down as being born in India in 1881 and in the Isle of Man in 1891. There must have been an error of entry because he was born in India and it was Ethel Harriet (Harriet Ethel?) who was born in the Isle of Man in 1879. But where was she in 1881 (aged 2) at the time of the 1881 Census and, indeed, where were her parents? Back in India?
