About Harris O Jorgenson

Harris Jorgenson is descended from Valdemar I, King of Denmark via Princess Sofi.

He is also apparently descended from Count Ludvig Munk, Governor-General (Stadtholder) of Norway, (so appointed by King Frederick II). Ludvig was father-in-law of Kristin, wife of Christian IV, King of Denmark and Norway.

It was previously thought a trail goes from Sofi via Graf (Count) Albrecht VI Eberstein family of Germany and a few generations later (possibly) the Heggelund family of Viborg, Denmark, then to Karlsoy where the Heggelunds intermarried with the Hansen Gram family. (This is still being researched). But more recently that same trail has been discovered to actually be between Sofi and her (Husband Count Albrecht VI Eberstein) and Ludvig Munk.
