Helen T. (Kolesinskas) Waiveris, 82, of Windsor, wife of Charles F. Waiveris, died Monday, (April 17, 2000) at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford, she has lived in Windsor since 1939. She graduated from Hartford Public High School in 1939. Mrs. Waiveris was co-owner and partner with her husband of the Windsor Dry Cleaners for 29 years, before retiring in 1975. She was a member of the AARP, the Windsor Golden Fellowship, a former member of the Wilson Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and a communicant of St. Gabriel Church, Windsor. Besides her husband, she leaves a son and his wife, Charles F. and Rosellen Waiveris, Jr. of Goshen; two grandchildren, John and Katherine; and a good friend, Rev. Richard Garland of Ellington. She was predeceased by a daughter, Elizabeth Igou. Family and friends may gather Tuesday, April 25, at 9:15 a.m. at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. at St. Gabriel Church. Burial willbe in St.JosephCemetery, Poquonock. Her family will receive friends Monday, from 5-8 p.m. at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1004, Meriden, CT. 06450-1004.
