HENRIETTA DUNLOP (aka HENDERETA DUNLOP)

Henrietta Dunlop of the daughter of James Dunlop and his wife Henrietta Maxwell. She was born before 12 December 1726, the date upon which her baptism was registered at Cadder in Lanarkshire. [Cadder Baptisms]

A Legacy from her cousin Alexander Peter

In a disposition and settlement dated 6 September 1803, Alexander Peter, merchant burgess of Glasgow, instructed his trustees to pay one hundred pounds sterling to: "Helen, Margaret, Mary, and Grisel Dunlops, daughters of the deceased James Dunlop, eldest son of James Dunlop of Garnkirk, my uncle".
