About Col. Henry Fleete
Justice of Lancaster County in 1695 and Sheriff in 1718 and 1719.
Died sometime between 31 Jan 1728 when he wrote his last will and testament and 9 May 1733 when his will was proved in the court of Lancaster County, Virginia.
"Henry Fleet was under 21 when his mother wrote her will in Jan. 1668/9. He conveyed 29 Nov. 1689, to John Turbeville, 188 acres at Fleet's Bay, and on 11 Feb 1718/9 he conveyed "the land called Fleet's Island, 500 acres, to his son Henry Fleet and 300 acres to his son William Fleet. In 1715 he conveyed his interest in 2,000 acres in Sittenburn Parish, patented by his father in 1657.
He married before 18 July 1683, Elizabeth Wildey, daughter of William and Jane Wildey.
