Henry Wills

The President of the United States of America, in the name of Congress, takes pleasure in presenting the Medal of Honor to Private Henry Wills, United States Army, for services against hostile Indians on July 8 - 11, 1873, while serving with Company C, 8th U.S. Cavalry, in action at Fort Selden, New Mexico.
