Hinde Margolis

Interesting that Hinda Basza is a name that repeats until today in the Margolis descendants. I have her mother's name as Basza, although I'm not sure why. Basza is definitely a name that is used a lot in subsequent generations.

Birth of a granddaughter or great granddaughter in Przerosl, Suwalki Gubernia, Biyalstok, Poland in 1841 shows that Hinda was deceased by 1841:

• KALWARYJSKA Hynda 1841 B 18 daughter of Mowsza Ber and Pesza

In fact, her grandson, Idzk (Isaac) named a daughter Hinde in 1838. Hinda Margolis

Her granddaughter, Chava (Ewa), named a daughter Hinda in 1878. Hinda Frankel Zox
