Hon. James H. Henry, Judge

NOT a brother of Patrick Henry, the orator and patriot. May be a collateral relative in some degree (parentage undetermined).

Said in some sources to have been born in Accomack County, VA and sent to Aberdeen to study law.

NOT the same person as the James Henry who married Agness Mitchell.
