The deportation list id's "Cham" as birthplace, with Ilse id'ed as a citizen of the Deutsches Reich. However, the Yad Vashem database has the following entry: "Jlse Zimmer was born in Chan, Ukraine (USSR) in 1925. She was a hausgehilfin. Prior to WWII she lived in Eisenach, Germany. During the war she was in Eisenach, Germany. Jlse was murdered in the Shoah."
