Oct. 18, 1756 - The Charles Co., Md. will of Innocent Ward, widow, probated Nov. 12, 1756, leaves:
--to Benjamin Ward, all that tract or parcel of land lying in Prince George's County called "Pascam," containing 162 acres and my desire is that it shall be sold to pay for my three children's schooling and the overplus to be equally divided among my three children, and as for my personal estate I give to my three children to be equally divided amongst them except my riding saddle I give to my eldest daughter Mary Ward.
Executor: Benjamin Ward, and to have the care of my three children Jonathan Ward, Mary White Ward, and Priscilla Ward and the care of their estates till they come to age.
