Isaac supplied my grandfather, Frank BERNS of Milletts Outfitters in Gosport, Hampshire with stock.</p></p><p><p>Lived 25 (or 21) Villiers Rd, Southsea in Sep 1949 and at time of death</p></p><p><p>also 95 Gruneisen Rd, Starnshaw, Portsmouth</p></p><p><p>At time of death, JC said he was m-d of a clothing factory employing over 300 people which he founded over 30 yrs ago. he was a quiet ,kindly unassuming man. Gave genrously to Jewish and non Jewish charities and foir his services was made an elder of the congregation.</p></p><p>Elected treasurer of synagogue</p>
