Isaac was a Capt. of Local Military Co. & Selectman for his town in 1734. After Elizabeth's death, he married Mary, the widow of Nathaniel Hammond, Jr. After her death, he married Hannah ?. He was buried in the ancient burying-ground in Roxbury.

Captain ISAAC WILLIAMS II was the 2nd son and second child (of 9) of Capt. Isaac Williams I and Martha Parke of Cambridge, Mass. He grew to manhood in Cambridge (Newton), and later (after the death of his wife Elizabeth in 1699) moved to Roxbury, Mass.

He married: (1st) in 1685, Elizabeth HYDE, who was born 4 September 1659, and died 26 June 1699; she was a daughter of Jonathan and Mary (FRENCH) HYDE. (2nd) in 1709, Mary GRIFFIN, the widow of Nathaniel HAMMOND, born about 1650-2, and died 13 Oct 1732. (3rd) in 1733-5, Hannah ——.

When Nathaniel Hammond passed away in 1691, [1] Mary Griffin took Isaac Williams as her second husband before 1702 when she is mentioned as Mary Williams in the probate records for her first husband. They had no children. [1]
