Lady Isabel Seton was born on 30 November 1593. She married, firstly, James Drummond, 1st Earl of Perth, son of Patrick Drummond, 3rd Lord Drummond and Lady Elizabeth Lindsay, on 19 April 1606. She married, secondly, Francis Stewart, Master of Bothwell, son of Francis Stewart, 1st and last Earl of Bothwell and Lady Margaret Douglas, on 2 August 1614. She was the daughter of Robert Seton, 1st Earl of Winton and Lady Margaret Montgomerie.
