About Isabella Gillespy
Isabella Houston was born in Ireland about 1722, the second child of John Houston (c1690-1754). She first married a George (or John) Henderson, by whom she had three children. After he died she married William Gillespy by whom she had seven children. After her death William remarried to Ann Finley.
Capt. John Henderson (1720 - 1769) married Isabella Houston. She married 2nd to William Gillespie.
