Death

Robert died in 1523 at the age of 70.[4]

After the death of his wife, the date of which is not known, Lawrence married Isabel or Elizabeth, daughter of Ralph, Lord Neville (son and heir apparent of Ralph, Earl of Westmoreland), and widow of Sir Robert Plumpton of Plumpton. The marriage took place before March io, 1528-9, when a settlement was made by William Plumpton, son and heir of Sir Robert, on Lawrence Kighley
