Biography
Jabez Snow (d 1750) was the son of Lt. Jabez Snow (d 1690) and Elizabeth Smith. The elder Jabez most likely is buried in an unmarked grave in Cove. The two Jabez Snows were son and grandson of Nicholas and Constance Hopkins Snow.
Jabez Snow (d 1750) married Elizabeth Treat, daughter of Rev. Samuel Treat and Elizabeth Mayo, in 1695 at Eastham, Massachusetts Bay (Barnstable County).
The Jabez Snow gravestone remnants were found in the same general area as the gravestone for Rev Samuel Treat. Elizabeth (Treat) Snow is buried in Bridge Road Cemetery probably because Cove Burying Ground was about full when she died in 1755.
