About Jacob Bomberger Erb
"Jacob Erb was known as 'Gentleman Erb.' He raised his seven children by himself after the death of his wife.
He owned and operated Jacob Huber's old tavern on Newport Road in Warwick Township from 1821 to 1836. That building still stands and goes by the name of Forgotten Seasons Bed and Breakfast.
During the years 1833-1835 he also served as an anti-masonic member of the Pennsylvania legislature." Bio by Denise Witwer Lahr.
