Jakob Ha'Levi Hirsch

Jakob Hirsch was a widower when he was married to Veronica Zerkowitz in February 1801. He died in Mahr. Weisskirchen on 22 November 1805, "age 45" [actually age 43]. Following his death, his brother-in-law, David Zerkowitz, purchased his synagogue seat and his rights as a Familiant.

MCP: It is possible that Jakob was previously married to a woman named Barbara, who died on December 15, 1800 in Hranice at the age of 45. I have not been able to find any evidence, however, that this Jakob Hursch is the same Jakob Hirsch/Hursch who married Veronica, although the dates make sense.

Also, in 1762, a Jakob Hursch was born to "Feitl". I assume this is the same person who married Veronica, but the name seems a bit weird. There is another Hursch born to "Isac Feitl" in the same time period. I wonder if Jakob's birth record should say "Isac Feitl"?
