James L. Blissmer, age 57 of Merrillville, formerly of Calumet City, passed away, Wednesday May 24, 2006, due to an accident.
James is survived by Mother, Verna (late Charles) Wolak, of Calumet City, IL. Sisters, Janice (Larry) Planer of Hammond, IN, Joyce (Joseph) Crook of Valparaiso, IN, Linda (Gerald) Gamblin of Springdale, Arkansas, Audrey (late Joe) Sasseen of North Crossett, Arkansas, Brothers, Gerald (Diana) Blissmer of Crown Point, IN and Thomas Blissmer of Hammond, IN. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday May 27, 2006, 12 Noon at the Castle Hill Funeral Home- 248 155th Pl, Calumet City, IL. Visitation also Saturday morning 10 AM until time of service. Interment will be private.
James was a dedicated member of the Arc Bridges of Merrillville, IN.
