"The people of the state of New York, to Mary, wife of Nathaniel Jones, who resides in the town of Newburgh in the County of Orange; Stephen A Burt, Phebe Coe, Thomas Burt, Grenell Burt, and Phebe wife of William L Benedict, who resides in the town of Warwick in the County of Orange; Thomas M Burt who resides at Kinderhook in the county of Colombia, Elizabeth Burt, Hannah Burt, and Cordelia Burt, who resides in the city of Brooklyn in the county of Kings; Elmira wife of John Burt, who resides in Coshocton County, in the State of Ohio; Mary Benedict, who resides at Warren in the State of Rhode Island; James M. Burt and B. Coe Burt, who reside in Butte County in the state of California; Abby Burt whose last place of residence was in the city of Brooklyn in the county of Kings, from whence she has removed to reside in the county of Butte in the state of California; and John C.
