David is 77, James is 81, and Patience is 64. James and Phinas/Phineas may have been twin brothers, as they are born in the same year; in the 1850 census, James wife, Saloma, is enumerated in the household of Phinas, and he states she is his sister-in-law. He also states his birth year, as does James and it is always 1799.

In the 1860 census, Saloma "Peas" is enumerated with husband Jim Peas living in Burlington Township, Kane, IL. Saloma is 55, states clearly she is born in Connecticut in 1805 (est.). Jim Peas is also born in CT and is age 61 born 1799. Andrew and William J are still living at home.
