About Jan Harmen Nieuwoudt, b1c1
Hi Marina I was looking at Anna Nieuwoudt (c2b1a) (Married to Gerrit Olivier) Because she is given as Anna Catharina in Geni and only as Anna in SAGen Vol 6 page 328. So I will just put the Catharina in brackets in my Family Tree in PAF.
Then I looked at her brother Jan.
I hope you don't mind me looking or the fact that I changed the order of the abc's. I was taught that one puts the letter of the alphabet that applied to the person, in Anna's case she is c2 then go up the line to the Stamvader which in her case is her father b1 and then the Stamvader a (c2b1a). Please tell me if I am an interfering old lady and I will change it back☺
Best Regards Ilse (If it helps I am related to the OLIVIERS.. Hester Cecilia is one of my Great Grannies)
