About Jane Pew
The maternal line goes straight down to known Tuscororans 2 generations down, on record: Pugh's Fighting Tuscororans.
Jane is seen as the daughter of Abraham Womack, Sr. and Sarah Womack but that Jane Womack is too young to have been this Henry Pew, of Henrico wife. She is not named in the will of her husband dated 5 May 1709 in Henrico County so presumed died before then. She’s also seen as daughter of John Noyce Milner, Sr.,, but John’s wife is apocryphal.
Henry Pew (1634 - 1711) and his wife Jane had children:
- Jane Pew, married 1st John Price; married 2nd Hugh Ligon about 1712
- Anne Pew, married 1st Abraham Childers; married 2nd John Adkins by 1709
No wife is named in the 1711 will of Henry Pew of Henrico:
Item: I give and bequeath to my Daughters Jane Price and Anne Adkins to each of them one Shilling Sterling to be paid them by my Executor hereafter named. ...

Notes
From the profile of William Womack, Sr., of Henrico:
JANE WOMACK[8], b. 1648, VA; m. (1) HENRY PEW, JR.; m. (2) JOHN ATKINS. No documentation found showing that William Womack had a daughter named Jane. The Jane Womack who married the other Henry Pew is not daughter of William Womack. She may be the daughter of Abraham Womack and Sarah Worsham. Shirley Dalton 18:09, 24 November 2019 (UTC)
Henry Pew, of Henrico married Jane Pew.
Jane should be disconnected from William Womack, Sr., of Henrico as her father, but the relationship is locked. I think the confusion was that a Jane Womack was the daughter of Abraham and was granddaughter of William, and she married a different Henry Pew, of Henrico
[The info below is for this Jane Pew.] Jane Womack (daughter of Abraham Womack and Sarah Worsham)118, 118 was born in Bristol Parish, VA118, and died in Henrico Co, VA118.
She married Henry (Pugh) Pew.
No mention of other children.

Actual wife of Henry Pew, of Henrico was Jane Milner-
- Birth: 1635
- Henrico County
- Virginia, USA
- Death: Apr., 1709
- Henrico County
- Virginia, USA
Jane Milner was born in 1635 in Henrico County, Virginia, United States. She was the daughter of John Milner (1618-1685) and Elizabeth Rolfe Milner (1620-1635). Elizabeth Rolfe Milner must have died during childbirth or right after. Elizabeth was the daughter of John Rolfe (1585-1622) and Jane Pierce Rolfe (1605-1635).
Jane married Henry Pugh (1640-1711) in Henrico County, VA in 1660. She was 25 years old, and he was 20. Henry was the son of Henry Pugh (1612-1710) and Jane Womack Pugh (1623-1709).
Henry and Jane Milner Pew Pugh had 4 known children (3 daughters and 1 son): Mary, Jane Henry and Elizabeth Anne (Pew) Pugh.

Apparently a "consultant" once concocted an unsourced line for a client which made the Pugh sisters be the daughters of a Jane Milner, allegedly daughter of Elizabeth Rolfe, the lost daughter of John Rolfe (last heard of in her father's will in 1622).
Attempts to reconcile this with the sources have led to the evolution of a version which divides Henry Pugh into two people, father and son. This is now in general circulation.
But note that the Henry Pugh who wrote his will in 1709 was an old man, as he had a grown-up grandson who he made executor.
Note also that Henry's daughters get a shilling each, so it's unlikely there was a living son not mentioned at all.
However, the following records do suggest there was a younger Henry Pew, possibly a nephew ...
From http://heathcock.org/genealogy/ps09/ps09_477.html
The only reference to Elizabeth Rolfe growing to adulthood and becoming the wife of John Milner is in a chart prepared by Coleman Price, 1940, on file at the Virginia State Library. There is no documentation to confirm this family.
In the article "Progenitors and Kinfolk of Abraham Childers, III" in the Virginia Genealogist, Vol 34, page 11, there is a notation.....'Elizabeth Rolfe, whose parents were John Rolfe and his third wife Jane Pierce. This cannot be proved owing to the loss of the early Henrico County, Virginia records.'
So we just do not really know if this is the right person or not. It is based on the Family Group Sheet prepared as stated above.
Nevertheless, the hypothetical and perhaps apocryphal story that Elizabeth Pierce Rolfe lived long enough to marry John Milner and have a daughter named Jane in 1635 has gained traction and is found in numerous places
Birth: 1618 Virginia, USA Death: 1685 Virginia, USA
John Milner was likely born between 1618 to 1620. Some historians believe him to be the husband of Elizabeth Pierce Rolfe (b:1620-d:1635), who was daughter of John Rolfe - prominent Virginia Company and Jamestown figure in American history - and his third wife, Jane Pierce.
The problem is that Elizabeth died at age 15 and a marriage record has not been found. If they did marry, John likely outlived Elizabeth, but records of his birth or death dates have not been proven by historical documentation.
Jane married Henry Pew (1640-1711) in Henrico County, VA in 1660. She was 25 years old, and he was 20. Henry was the son of Henry Pew (1612-1710) and Jane Womack Pew (1623-1709).
Henry and Jane Milner Pew had 4 known children (3 daughters and 1 son): Mary, Jane Henry and Elizabeth Anne Pew.
