Jane Snelling, of Thornborowe

Jane SPECOTT , of Thornborough was born ABT 1538 in Thornbury, Holsworthy, Devon, England. She was the daughter of Edmund SPECOTT , of Thornbury and Jane GRENVILLE.

She married William SNELLING , of Chadlewood. He was born ABT 1535 in Chaddlewood Manor, Plympton, Devon, England.

Their son was:

1. Thomas Snelling, Esquire, b abt 1554, of Plympton St. Mary, Chaddlewood, Devonshire, England. He md Joan Elford abt 1578, daughter of Thomas Elford, Esquire. She was b abt 1560.
