Jean Baptiste Lévesque married Catherine Plourde, daughter of Joseph Plourde and Catherine Lisotte, on 26 January 1778 in Rivière-Ouelle.≤ref>Marriage #1 IGD≤/ref> Catherine passed away on 21 February 1783 in Rivière-Ouelle.
Jean Baptiste Lévesque, widower of Catherine Plourde, married Marie Judith Chenard, daughter of Guillaume Chenard and MarieAnne Parent, on 18 August 1783 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Province of Québec.≤ref>Marriage #2 IGD≤/ref>

He passed away in 1830.
