Marie Josephe Berrubey was born on 30 October 1713 and baptised on the 6th of November in Rivière-Ouelle, Canada, Nouvelle-France. Her parents were Mathurin (Dérubay) Bérubé and Marie Angélique Miville dite Deschênes.≤ref>Baptism IGD≤/ref>
Marie Josephe Bérubé married Jean Baptiste Lévesque, son of François Robert Lévesque and Marie Charlotte Aubert, on 18July 1736 in Rivière-Ouelle.≤ref>Marriage IGD≤/ref>
Marie Josephe Bérubé passed away suddenly in 1777 being given the age of around 65 years old on the record. Her burial was on 5 May 1777 in Rivière-Ouelle.≤ref>Burial IGD≤/ref>
