Death record and two of his children's birth records refer to him as "vollmeier" or "vollmeyer." This means "full meyer." A meyer was a type of farm steward, and a full meyer was one who owned a full team of four horses. Johann Heinrich Conrad's ancestor Lüdeke Mesenbrink was also called a vollmeyer.
