Johann Georg Seibold

George Seibold married on May 11, 1717 in Freyung Sophia Rosenberger, born on May 12, 1697 in Aschberg as the daughter of Aschberger farmer Matthias Rosenberger and his legal wife Elisabeth. Sophia's sister Maria had married in 1715 at Bischofsreut, probably this was the basis why George Siebold and his Sophia came to Bischofsreut. Here they became through unbeknown circumstances, probably by purchase, owner of property, that as "Seibold small land holder" appeared in the Bischofsreut history books. Today it is that so-called "Niglei" house, with the house number 3. Here in Bischofsreut Sophia Seibold became a mother of three children, namely Sebastian, Maria, and George.
