- John Darcy, 2nd Baron Darcy of Chiche was born circa 1532.1 He was the son of Thomas Darcy, 1st Baron Darcy of Chiche and Elizabeth de Vere.2 He married Frances Rich, daughter of Richard Rich, 1st Baron Rich and Elizabeth Jenks. He died on 3 March 1580/81.1

- Sir John Darcy, 2nd Baron Darcy of Chiche was born circa 1532 at of St. Osyth's, Essex, England; Age 26 at his father's death in 1558.1 He married Frances Rich, daughter of Sir Richard Rich, 1st Lord Rich, Lord Chancellor of England, Speaker of the House of Commons and Elizabeth Jenkes, before 1565.1 Sir John Darcy, 2nd Baron Darcy of Chiche died on 3 March 1581; Age about 58. Buried at St. Osyth's, Essex.1 His estate was probated before 31 December 1581.1
