Ben notes: At one time I had information on this ancestor saying that he was the "Peter Malott" that returned to Maryland (rather than the otherwise documented Peter Malott), giving an explanation as to why it was he who went back to Maryland, etc., but for the life of me, I can't find it either in my own files or online. And as some would say, "if it can't somehow be documented, it probably didn't happen."
