JOHN K. MILLER
John K. Miller, eighty-five, a commercial photographer for many years, died at 8:20 a. m. last Thursday at his home in Maytown, after a lengthy illness. He had been bedfast since January 1.
Miller, son of the late Jacob H. and Esther Kreider Miller, was a native of West Hempfield Township. He resided in Maytown for 80 years. In 1882 he opened a commercial photography studio which he operated until a few years ago, when he retired.
He was a member of the Associated Bible Students, Lancaster Ecclesia, and is survived by these children: Mrs. Clayton E. Landis, Middletown R. D. 1; Jacob E., Allentown; Hiram E. and Enos E., of Maytown, and Lizzie E. and Annie E., at home.
