About John Waldo
GEDCOM Note
!NOTES of Buffalo, New York, sold land in Buffalo and on May 13 1835 he and his wife sold land in Aurora, New York, he may be the John Waldo, who with Louisa, his wife, of Batavia, New York, sold land in Batqvia Feb 16 1828 but this is doubtful for if so, he had a second wife, unless Louisa is a copyistserror for Levina or vice versa. They had six children, all daughters, of whom the names of 3 are known. Mr Waldo resided for many years near Conneaut on thestate line between Pennsylvania and Ohio and kept a hotel known as the "State Line House". He finally moved to Dexter, Michigan.
