John WARBY was born c 1767 (alternate date c1774).

He was convicted of stealing (along with William DEARDS) and sentenced to 7 years transportation.

John arrived in Sydney Cove on 14/2/1792 on "Pitt"

At Parramatta on 12/9/1796 he married Sarah BENTLEY and they had 14 children (NOTE: In 1837 he stated that he and wife Sarah had 23 children with 11 surviving - the other 9 children are unknown).

John died 12/6/1851 at Campbelltown
