In Hau-Ola-garden bnr. 1 found Ole Peter Jenssen Blindhein one spearhead and other remains of a spear. According to tradition, there were several smaller rock and earth mounds that could reminisce of old burial mounds down flat against the Sjøa hill at this mill, but these mounds were driven away and merged with the soil during cultivation work around the turn of the 1900s. At Fredrikbruket bnr. 3 found Karl Fredrik Olsen Blindheim several coins.
Some believe that Blindheim has our headquarters in the Middle Ages. In this time, several of the most powerful clans in the country had a guard in Sykkylven and bid here, among others, Arnungen Pål on Aure, his verson, Gudøyättlingen Kollbjørn in Grebstad, and in addition Karl Berdorsen on Straumsheim. He was also off the beaten track. In the 1100s, another mighty descendant emerged in the country, the Blindheimmen. The one who is first named by this family is Jon Smørbalte. He had the son Hallkjell Huk who was a lover at Møre. It was Hallkjell who traveled to the Southern Islands and went home to Norway Magnus Berrføtt his son, Harald Gille, who was the king of the king in 1130. Two of Harald Gille's daughters were married to Hallkjellsønene Simon and Jon. Of the Snorre story in soga about Magnus Erlingson, chapter 6, one sees that the garden for the Blindheimman Jon Hallkjellson lay "in from the rent". In 3 162 when Erling Skakke sailed north with a large fleet to fight against Håkon Herdebrei, who demanded the king's power, he sent a ship into the ship's lane to his garden Jon Hallkjellson. "If this garden his Jon Hallkjellson is the same as Blindheim, so could it - after the parish text - not be Blindheim at Vigra, but a Blindheim that is" in from rent ". In other words, Blindheim in Borgund or Blindheim in Sykkylven, "write Ola Kvalsund in the village book Borgund and Giske I, p. 227.
After the Black Death in 1349, Blindheim has a physician's eye for a time. Garden is not a board in the Tenth Money List from 1520. In the 17th century there were three uses at Blindheim, and from 1758 there were four. This way it succeeded in the mid-1800s when it came to some housewife places. From 1920 and especially during and after the war, which began in 1939, it has been separated many plots for the various farms. The landmark on Blindheim lay in a cohabitation with a teige change until 1833 when there was landslide. Only in the 20th century was the lower part of the outfield made to mark. The wilderness garden came after this further up.

The ground for this ownership was a loan of 36 valleys that Peder had given to Jon Einersson in East Norway against the fact that he had pledged his farm to Peder Jensson in Hov. When it was time to say that the loan was denied, "Jon told the courtyard again. Jon then pulled Peder into the thing where # from the protocol came out that Peder% aged off Einer with such bugs & o "Hope that Jon give" k crying in that. "Then it is said that" Peder later sold the farm to others. - https://www.academia.edu/37103615/Johan_Petter_Wernberg_del_II
